Over the course of my career, I’ve helped organisations deliver high-impact projects and communications that cut through complexity and achieve real results.

My expertise lies in planning, managing, and delivering events of every scale from focused workshops to large, international conferences like DSEI & IDEX / NAVDEX with multiple stakeholders. Alongside event delivery, I’m skilled at turning technical detail into clear, compelling messages, coordinating communications across diverse teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Outside of work, I’ve spent more than a decade testing my limits through obstacle races like Tough Mudder and Spartan, as well as running and, more recently, competing in Hyrox events.
